Dequadis® and Dequasol high-purity dispersible boehmites are used in the printing industry to form pre-coats to receive the inks applied in particular by inkjet printing. In particular, they promote better absorption and better fixing of the inks on the support, thus allowing high quality images to be obtained.
These boehmites are also used as thickeners and thixotropic agents in various formulations.
